Sheena Bailey

Co-Founder and Co-CEO

As co-founder and co-CEO of TestReach, Sheena is driven to provide solutions to customers that deliver business benefits, whilst at the same time fostering an inclusive and diverse environment in which employees can thrive. With a Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin, Sheena has worked in Paris and London, developing a keen interest in the creative process for designing and building good software. Recognising the ease and efficiency that great software can bring, she originally co-founded TestReach to deliver these benefits to examining bodies and their candidates. Her core focus remains delivering the best solutions to TestReach customers, through a continuous cycle of product innovation. A regular sea swimmer, Sheena loves nothing more than hanging out on the wild and wind-swept beaches of Connemara, with family and friends.

Louella Morton

Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Louella Morton is co-founder and co-CEO of TestReach and has extensive experience across all areas of creating, managing and growing enterprise software businesses, with specific focus on educational technologies. Having gained a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin, Louella started her career on the technical side, but soon moved into more senior customer-facing roles, managing services and delivery. Through her great relationships with customers, it wasn’t long before she fully transitioned into a sales leadership role and this is where Louella’s unique ability to drive significant growth came to the fore. When she’s not defining commercial strategy and closing deals, Louella loves nothing more than boating in the West of Ireland and playing golf. She has worked at senior levels in Deloitte, Adobe and WBT Systems.

Alison Bell

Head of Growth

As Head of Growth at TestReach, Alison leads our customer acquisition strategy with a laser focus on delivering material and sustainable growth in a way that benefits all. A desire to forge deep relationships, and to understand what customers really want and need, has resulted in numerous strategic wins and initiatives throughout her career. An MBA graduate of Trinity College Dublin with a Degree in Education, she sees the opportunity at TestReach to be a real catalyst for expansion. Alison founded her own award winning website, Spa Ireland, is a qualified Reiki master and loves yoga and walking (no hills!). She has extensive C level experience at organisations such as Datalex PLC, TravelPort and TravelClick.

Amy Noonan

Services Director

With a degree in Computer Science and Economics from University College Cork and over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry across sectors such as Education, Travel and Banking, Amy is responsible for growing and leading the Services team within TestReach. Amy is passionate about providing a truly exceptional level of service to our clients and candidates through the creation of a high performing and engaging work environment for our employees. In her spare time, Amy enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends in Dublin and her home city of Cork and has recently taken up Zumba dancing!

Siobhan Ogilvy

Marketing Director

Siobhan has a proven track record in marketing and sales, with experience from industries such as educational technology and pharmaceuticals. A marketing graduate from University of Strathclyde in Scotland, she has been responsible for the global marketing strategy at TestReach since 2017. She is focused on ensuring the unique culture and innovation taking place at TestReach is conveyed through the brand identity and communications. Prior to TestReach, Siobhan worked at companies such as Pharmacia (now part of Pfizer) and Qstream. In her downtime Siobhan is a keen photographer and taxi driver to three teenage children.

Otávio Rosa

Director of Engineering

Otávio is a technology leader with vast experience building and scaling Software Development Organisations which continuously deliver business value through live, high-quality, software. Otávio has a Master's degree in Software Engineering and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin. In his role, he drives the definition and implementation of TestReach’s technology strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and applying industry best practices to deliver software at the highest quality, solving complex problems at scale. In his free time, you might find Otávio travelling around the world (38 countries so far), climbing mountain peaks (Mont Blanc in 2016) or doing long-distance hikes (Alta Via 1 in 2017).

Gordon Rose

Director of Product

Gordon has over 15 years of experience working in SaaS platforms having held previous product and design positions in fintech, hospitality and travel, social enterprise and education sectors. Focused on ensuring TestReach continues to be the Rolls Royce of assessment platforms, he is currently leading a team of product and design specialists, data scientists and content managers to leverage the power of technology to bring the most possible value to our customers and their test takers at any given time. In his spare time he heads to the local basketball court to work on his jump-shot, and spends the odd evening playing Irish music with friends.
